Start Your Advent Season with “Faith”
In conjunction with the Advent Fair Sunday, November 27 at 6:00 pm, Rev. Faith Fowler and The Ambassadors from Cass UMC and Cass Community Services in Detroit will join us for a special worship service.
The Ambassadors are a group of formerly homeless men from Cass Community Social Services who not only bring their talented voices to a variety of audiences, but also their stories of recovery.
Quoting Detroit’s Mitch Albom, “Rev. Fowler is the most important currency of our city, a loving, egoless, inspiring leader who doesn’t see color, doesn’t see class, who looks at our poorest, most neglected citizens and sees only hope and opportunity.”
To support the awesome ministry at Cass, we will be collecting toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, and body wash; we will also have a free-will donation during the service.
